How can I place an order?

You can easily place an order through our online boutique. simply select your favorite arrangement, add it to your cart, and follow the checkout process.

Can I customize my bouquet?

Yes, we offer personalized floral designs. Please contact our support team or leave a note during checkout with your preferred color palette and flower choices.

Where do you deliver?

We currently offer hand-delivery across the city and surrounding areas, including Denpasar, Kuta, Jimbaran, and Ubud, ensuring freshness every time.

What is your fresh flower return policy?

Due to the perishable nature of our products, fresh flowers cannot be returned. If your arrangement arrives damaged, please notify us within 24 hours for a replacement.

How do I initiate a refund request?

Refund requests for non-floral items or subscription services must be made via email. Please include your order number and any relevant documentation or photos of the issue.

Can I change or cancel my flower delivery?

Cancellations or changes are accepted if requested at least 48 hours prior to delivery. Within 48 hours, the floral design process has begun and full charges will apply.

What is your substitution policy?

Seasonal availability might require substitutions. Our designers will always ensure the overall aesthetic, value, and quality of the arrangement are maintained or exceeded.
