Orders & Payments
All our prices are listed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). We accept secure online payments to make your shopping experience smooth. Once your payment is confirmed, we’ll start preparing your fresh arrangement with love and care.
Bali Delivery Services
We deliver throughout most of Bali, specifically covering areas like Denpasar, Kuta, Canggu, Ubud, Sanur, and Jimbaran. Most orders placed early in the day are eligible for same-day delivery. Please ensure the delivery details are correct so your blooms arrive right on time.
Refunds & Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, please reach out at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery for a full refund. Because our flowers are fresh and perishable, we unfortunately cannot offer refunds for cancellations made after this window.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
We strive for perfection, but if your flowers arrive damaged or aren't what you ordered, please let us know immediately! Take a clear photo of the item and contact us right away so we can make it right with a replacement or solution.

Sometimes we need to update these terms to keep up with our growing shop. We recommend checking this page every once in a while to see if anything has changed. Your continued use of the site means you’re okay with the updates.
