Refund Policy Details

Damaged / Wilted Flowers

If your botanical arrangement arrives damaged or wilted, please notify us within 2 hours of receipt. A clear photo of the condition and your order number are required for our team to assess and provide a refund or fresh replacement.

Wrong or Missing Items

Should you receive an incorrect item or find something missing from your order, please contact our support team immediately. We will arrange a prioritized delivery of the correct items or issue a corresponding partial refund.

Non-Delivery

In the rare event of a failed delivery within the requested window, we will work with our couriers to track the status. If non-delivery is confirmed and it was not due to an incorrect address provided, a full refund will be processed.

Cancellation Policy

24 hours before delivery

For cancellations made more than 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date, we offer a full refund or the option to reschedule your floral delivery to a future date of your choice.

Within 24 hours

Due to the perishable nature of our botanical arrangements, cancellations made within 24 hours of delivery are not eligible for a refund as the item has already been curated and prepared.

Replacements & Redelivery

Quality Discrepancies

If the flowers received significantly differ from the requested arrangement in quality or style, we provide a fresh replacement to ensure your complete satisfaction. This allows us to maintain our high botanical standards while correcting visual variations.

Incorrect Delivery

Should your order be delivered to the wrong address or contain incorrect items, our team will arrange a prompt redelivery of the correct botanical selection. We prioritize these corrections to ensure your gift reaches its destination as intended.

Bloom Refresh

For arrangements showing minor wear from transit that doesn't warrant a full refund, we offer a complimentary refresh or partial replacement of specific blooms. Our florists will work with you to ensure the final display meets our freshness guarantee.
